Got re-medical request 11-Oct-2016
Medical done on 13-Oct-2016,
My GC key updated on 18-Oct-2016,

Medical : Review in Progress to Passed.


A Background Check : Not Started to In Progress.

Please advice me when I will receive PPR.

I would say within a month. You'll surely see the new year in canada.

Hi how long did it took for Background Check

Hi,

Our case is weird...please find below timeline:

1) remeds requested and completed: June 22, 2016
2) conducted MP enquiry in early August. Found out thr. MP inquiry that NDVO sent an email to my wife on July 26 (i think they are lying or sent it to an incorrect email address) which we never received. Received new email on August 12 asking for ADR (new PCC from Canada).
3) Sent 4 emails with the new PCC between Sept 2 and Sept 4.
4) Did MP inquiry again early October to find out the status. NDVO never received my emails which were sent to 4 different email addresses.
5) Reforwarded the email containing the PCC to MP to forward directly to NDVO. MP forwarded on OCt 12.
6) Received COPR this morning.

Hello members its URGENT plz reply:::: I am 26 june 2015 applicant and got remed. on 2 june 2015....after dat got update on GC key on 6 oct.2016 for background chk from not started to inprocess.....no update after dat..

I applied NOTES on 24 sept. 2016 and have got replied via mail which is::
"We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for the following reason:

· The consent provided appears to have been tampered with, and was modifiable. Please provide an authentically signed non-modifiable consent from BHATTI, Navjot Kaur. To be valid, a consent must be signed, recently dated, contain the printed name of the person giving consent and identifies you as the designated individual.



Note that we will put your request on hold until we receive the requested information from you. If we have not received your reply by November 23, 2016, we will consider the request abandoned and close our file accordingly.

Please submit the requested information to our office by either replying to this email or by mail at the following address

Now m worries dat dere might b any problm in my requesting notes....M wrried if it is goin to affect my file processing ???...PLZ HELP SENIOR MEMBERS

Don't worry dear, nothing happened. The message you got is just telling you that they didn't proceed your GSMC notes application nothing else, just sent them your new form and they will send you your notes in the next 30 days. That is not going to affect your PR application. Cheers

Don't worry dear, nothing happened. The message you got is just telling you that they didn't proceed your GSMC notes application nothing else, just sent them your new form and they will send you your notes in the next 30 days. That is not going to affect your PR application. Cheers
