The VO initially told my wife that he wasn't going to give her a visa but as the interview went on, he said he'd think about it. He took a letter I wrote to my wife, a Drs note (saying I'm disabled and can't fly alone) and a SIN number paper with my wife's brother's address (he came on a student visa in Aug and is living with me). We didn't know of the decision until our case representative called and told me. Online it changed from In Progress to Decision Made, so I kind of knew it was rejected before the call.

Sorry to hear that did they send you any latter for rejection and y m not sure but after rejection you have 30 days to appeal just conform

Hey Robben maybe before the December starts you'll get your visa because it takes like 15 to 30 days from this process to the end. And also almost all applicants are done in 2015 year and maybe only 5 percent are left or even less. We all should be done within this year.

Yes I received a rejection letter and yes, u have 30 days to inform them of an appeal. I already did that and and waiting for the notes from Delhi.

Same here. Mine have been in process since May and I'm a November 2015 applicant. Don't know how long this takes. I'm hoping they fininish all of remaining 2015 by the end of the year.

Nope nothing at all. Read the news today about immigration is looking to increase the immigrants cap from 300000 to 450000. Its 50 percent more. They are announcing it next month. Lets see.

I would say 35-40 percent of 2015 remain.
