Please note that international date format is different from Indian. I am sorry but I can't believe you didn't understand. International date format is mm/dd/yyyy. If you check ecas , it has the same date format.

Sorry to say you have not read the email they have clearly mentioned the format is DD/mm/ yy. It's ndvo mistake hope the correct it soon

Thats very true. First they sends the remedicals and ADR and other important emails to incorrect ones. Now they couldn't even put the Date right. Are they drunk.

Hello Guys,

I am Nov 2015 applicant. I have got my interview date, but I believe it is unsystematic -

An interview concerning your application for permanent residence in Canada has been scheduled for you at the High Commission of Canada, 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021. Details of the date and time of your interview are listed below. "Please note that the format for the date is (dd/mm/yyyy).

Interview in New Delhi: 11/14/2016 11:15:00 AM
"

According to this format - Date - 11, Month - 14 (which is impossible)...

Please suggest, what to do next .. ?? I am very confused

August 4th applicant - Also received interview on 11/4/2016 - with instructions dd/mm/yyyy - If this is the case the date is long past.

You can inquire about it on the same email..http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng

This is the link of contact info of ndvo you should try to contact them..look like a mistake of ndvo in date format but you better confirm it..

Appeal is long process. where is ur wife lives (vancouver has least appeal time!!)
if he rejects ur case then after getting refusal letter, within 30 days file for appeal.
then wait something called Bluebook.....i m not aware of full process

Thank you dr

Does anyone know how long it takes to get visa if you have no travel history and you are cleared from interview?
I am just asking hypothetically if one was to clear interview with zero travel history, would one expect to receive visa stamped within a time frame of one-2 weeks?

Thanks,

You can either call the Ndvo or get them a call by your MP. I think its 14th of November but its better to call them to clear this confusion. Its the Canadian format date.

Thanks luckygirl14

it seems mm/dd/year
I got interview letter today with confusing date format
its computergenerated

Thanks & all the best to you too for interview..

however, my wife went to MP's office in person regarding this issue - he said "not to worry, to show up for our interview on November 14th"

I completely understand all your frustrations. I am in the same boat as well. July 2015 applicant was requested for ADR on August 12. This we found out via MP enquiry. Apparently they sent the ADR request on July 26, which we never received.

And then we submitted all documents on September 4 via email. We submitted these documents 4 times so that if they missed one email, they can check the other 3 times. But still no PPR. So we did another MP enquiry on October 4 and received the same information as before.....that is they requested ADR and we have no submitted the documents yet. WTFFFF!!

So we sent the documents we submitted directly to MP on Oct 11. And now another wait has started for PPR. NDVO agents need to go shoot themselves for messing with our lives. Lazy buggers.

ok so, we go for interview, but my medical report has past 1 year as of 1 month before the interview. should we go and get another medical done before the interview and give to them to save time??
