Dose any one have idea like my wife interview was on 22nd sep 2016 officer was satisfied with our relation ship but my GCKEY account says eligibility and medical in process how long dose it take ?

Same is my case... mp says... sometimes they work on a case bt do not update it online... dont know whether its true or not..

Hey anyone can help me for filing appeal against the decision, coz my case mostly they are going to reject coz the person taking interview was not convinced with my above asnwers.

May be I need to go for fight with embassy.

Don't jump to conclusions. Did he call your wife? What did you mean earlier when you said lack to communication. Do you and your wife not talk regularly. Anyways, If you do end up getting denied(hopefully not) I think that the appeal is filed inside Canada by the Sponsor, so she will have to find a good lawyer and file an appeal. I would recommend that you use a lawyer now because you don't want to make any mistakes.

I feel like lots of 2015 applicants are in the background checks phase. Mine is currently in security checks as well and I am a November 2015 applicant.

got mine yesterday, my 30 days fell on last Saturday, Monday was a holiday, got them 10am Tuesday.

It all depend how many people ordered notes in the same time frame but usually it takes 30 days.

Mine shows no movement yet. Still same while I see lot of other applicant background going in process.
Really unable to understand what pattern are they working , as few May applicants & few July applicants are in same boat. But why not the June applicants

No dear mine is still same in process since july . Don't know what they are upto. Hope for best. It will be over soon all we can do is wait now.

Omg i just came to know we disnt pay our RPRF of 490 cad . Just paid 550 cad processing charges. Dont know how much delay this is gonna cost us
