Hey AG15, what is the update on your file ? Did you order notes or did MP Enquiry ?

I am waiting to complete my background checks after fingerprints at ndvo. ]

Finger prints ?? When did they ask you for that? Are you in Canada with your spouse ?
I mean I don't get it. Does it happen for every one?

Apologies for too many questions but I haven't got any finger print request.

I was also depressed as well after 5 months of submitting ADR and 7 weeks of remedical. After which I decided to apply for TRV and after 2 weeks of applying for that I got background In Process and decision made. I don't know if that prompted NDVO to check up on the file. But that's my story. I hope everyone waiting gets flurries of updates in coming week.!! Try applying for trv. NDVO is generous these days.

Were you working ? I mean what supports did you provide for your TRV?
I'm not working so are there still chances of me applying and getting it approved ?

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I visited the forum. My wife has an interview date on October 11th. Application date was July 22nd 2015.

Any tips for the interview? Anyone in a similar situation?

I have stayed on student visa and workpermit before thats why.i did my fingerprints in july.you only need if you are in canada or stayed in canada before so not for everyone.

Its seems like your query is not forwarded to the server, its fine and take one more effort to submit with bit high speed Internet.

Yes I am working. I provided job letter, bank statements, letter of invitation, tax returns

Any November 2015 applicant with eligibility completed or background checks started?

I am Nov 02 2015 applicant. I have received notes last Saturday in which it is clearly mentioned "Interview Required", but Criminality, Medical, Background status "In Process"

Thats a good sign dear that your Background checks are in progress that means after the interview you don't have to wait long times for the background checks to be completed. That means you'll get PPR within a month after the interview. I'm going for the mp enquiry within 2-3 days and will update you. I think there's only 10 percent people are left from 2015 applications and they've got 25% time remaining from this year. Now thats a good sign and also if they are gonna reduce the processing time from 19 to atleast 14 months according to my calculations that means we all 2015 applicants will get visa before March 2017 for person who applied at the latest of December.
