I got passport with Shiny visa.... thank god finally i can see my spouse here after 16 months 13 days .................... thank you everyone for comments and suggestions and help and for this forum which include so much information and it also helps me to see what is going on and at the same time to make me realize that I am not alone ............. once again thank youuuuuuu all who belongs to this forum.

However, I would like to stop over at Toronto for a week before I meet my husband in Alberta. My visa says destination says that it is Alberta. Will stopping over at Toronto cause any issues?

My sister got update on cic, after 3months on remedical they updated medical has been received..
Any idea how long to get decision made or PPR request

Hi Every One

If any one have interview near by date or latter Wish you all the best for interview and please go with all your phone records if you have transferd money go with proof your last two or three years t4 ,bank statement for last 6 months, Paystubs ,pictures, if you have life insurance or any kind of personal insurance where beneficiary is you life partner go will all proof what ever you have regarding your relationship. Bank statement to show you have enough cash to take care, pay stubs, and if possible employment latter.

This is all what i carried i have been to india for interview with my wife

Your landing paper will be showing for alberta and now a days they issue sin card at airport not sure but not good idea

Just wondering which UCI are you using to check ecas status. Is it sponsor's or PA's?
