thay are doing background and security checks

and today i got email for interview


i dont know how they replied

What is background and security check can anyone explain plz..

Need your help. I did an MP inquiry and they said they sent out Remedial request on Aug 29 to my Canadian address but I still have not received anything by post mail

What should I do?

Ask your MP to talk to cic that you have not yet received Re medical and do write email and post mail to cic Mississauga.

Got letter for interview on October 3rd, 2016. No remedical requested.

Can someone please let me know what kind of question and how long does the interview take?

its really bad, Even My MP rep. informed me that your and your spouse eligibilty passed.
i personally visited their office in mississauga and ask them there would be no interview.
they were not sure.
MP staff have little knowledge (my two cent).

My application status is open
why is ur on hold?
may be some complication, you should do case specific inquiry or request gcms notes to get answer

if NDVO reject application then they write a letter on ur spouse home address.
they specify reason to reject the application.
there is appeal system, u can do appeal against rejection in IMD with in a month.

they only ask for passport to stamp the visa. SO CONGRATULATIONS

I don't know if its a coincidence or what but everyone who got DM on sponsor side on the 7th of september are getting interview letters. Is there anyone who got remedical or anything else after DM on sponsor side.

Hi Every One

If any one have interview near by date or latter Wish you all the best for interview and please go with all your phone records if you have transferd money go with proof your last two or three years t4 ,bank statement for last 6 months, Paystubs ,pictures, if you have life insurance or any kind of personal insurance where beneficiary is you life partner go will all proof what ever you have regarding your relationship. Bank statement to show you have enough cash to take care, pay stubs, and if possible employment latter.

This is all what i carried i have been to india for interview with my wife
