NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hi Chikoo, when ever my husband call local MP to get an appointment, assistant takes details over the phone and say that she will call back ina week. We wait for 2 weeks and give him call and get response like file is in process., background check is remaining. Same answer akways. One time we were told to wait till december. He never got to see his mp personally, always over the phone.

Mt eligibility was passed in the month of April, and also remedical is done in the same month. Since then we are waiting for the background check to start. Till today, it hasn't started on gckey. We got response like all applications are different and some may take longer depends on how complicated your case is. But in my case, they are satusfied with the relationship and background check to be followed. But as they haven't started the check, how would thet know that if my case is different. ?? And I have no history of traveling, no criminal record nothing. It is straight forward simple check. They are just holding up my file for long time and therefore that lots of dust must have hide my file so that they can not find my file to pick on.
Mp said once they start background check it will take about 3 months to complete, according to immigration call centre agent.

Closer the date approaching for interview the more anxiety I'm surrounded by,
It's just two weeks now
If the interviewer ask y ur wife hasn't visited you in these four years Wat one shld reply I was into my degree and she was busy workin didn't had time

april 2016 got decision made today...

congrats to this applicant but what they doing with our applications

every week we wait like hel , this week ndvo wil do something next week ndvo wil do something... but no way they wil break only our heart nothing else....

If you have linked your application to the new system then it will show as passed, if they issued you an invoice at the hospital it should say emedical. if not then i suggest to send a copy of that to NDVO

Guys just received my passport with the shiny stamp yayyyyy after such a long waiting period. May all of you also get it ASAP. My passport was taken by the VO on the day of my interview 22 August 2016, after approving my case and today I received it back through Indian normal speed post posted by the high commission dated 29 August 2016. All I can say just be patient and wait for the right moment. It will definitely come sooner or later. All the very best wishes to all of you. Take care

3) We sent you correspondence on August 16, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required. (Did not get email sent on June 23, 2016 by NDVO. They sent it to a wrong email address.)
4) Medical results have been received. (Re-medicals completed on August 22, 2016)

We filed our case on same date but i had an additional medical of TB&SMEAR in december.
Did you link up your file to my cic account? Or have you request for GCMS NOTES?
