Hi, any Feb 2015 applicant , waiting after interview got PPR? Is it true that they complete your file within 19 months, as I will complete 19 months on 17th Sept. No news, re medical submitted, interview is also over and case is approved according to the visa officer........WAITING :'( :'( :'(

Feb 25 applicant still waiting. We just got an email today from CIC requesting for a new medical !! But it is so weird because we already submitted a new medical in the interview. Anyone have any suggestions what we should do and how to inform CIC again that we have shbmitted it? Also, is there a reason they cant see it?

Reply them on same email and tell them that you have already submitted e-medical at interview and attach the copy of e-medical receipt with that email. Also go to MP and ask him/her to email to visa officer including copy of e-medical receipt.

I just heard from my friend who is Aug 2015 applicant that his wife got PPR this Monday Aug 29.

So there you go! Hopefully yours won't be too far behind.

I also cannot able to link account to GCKey (My account service Canada). It always said we cannot find your record. What is your error message?

I get the same error message that my application is not found. Tired of calling call center and sending query online, but no resolution. I believe the mismatch between the City field in their system and what we entered on our file might be the reason. If you have entered "Windsor" in your file and they have "Windsor Ont" then it might not be able to match that. This is just a speculation. Sometimes softwares tend to be dumb.

My friend's wife entered Canada already through Student Visa in May 2016. Not sure if she did separate medicals for Study Visa.

No re-medicals was asked.
But they were asked to submit more wedding photos and travel history photos earlier this year. They submitted it.

Finally they got PPR on Aug 29, 2016.
