Hi there i linked my application and i find below . it is mentioned that medical results not needed but it is expired already in march 2016..... i am not sure if this is correct info or not .
As per GCMS notes my eligibility, criminality is passed and it is mentioned here as per progress . Do you know how long it will take for me to reach final decision any idea ???????

I am 14may applicant nd suffering from same situation like you my case is exactly similar to u in case notes everything is passed nd cleared only remedical assesment is pending mp replied me the same like yours nd gc account information also appears same like yours i hope we will get some goodnews in first or 2nd week of september... good luck

Hi All,
I received passport request on Aug 16 th. I did not get DM mail or the status on my file did not change to DM till two days back.
I am currently in Canada with my husband so I sent the passport to Ottawa on Aug 16th, I received back the COPR and passport with stamping on Aug 26th (with in 10days). I did a landing on Aug 30th. Kindly update the spread sheet.

It took exactly 17months and 15days for me to get PPR. It was a long wait, in my case since I was living in Canada I had to provide RCMP after which there was no update for 3months on my file.The wait time is really painful at the end when you get your PPR you finally get to sleep a long good sleep after so many sleepless nights.

Have you told them to send the passport home or you will go and pick it up from the visa office? Could you please explain the whole process, like what all you have to do after you receive your PPR?

I got visitor visa and submitted pasport at Chandigarh vfs. I Will go to collect my passport in person.
I think it's faster way get passport after stamping. I have submitted my passport on 26 August and recently I got msg that it's ready for collection. Today is 4th working day after submission.

I think your file and my file is following the same pattern minus that we had an interview and you didnt. Our 19 months are over on September 25! Really really hoping that you hear something this week or the next before your 19 months and that will kind of give me a pattern too that I will hear a week or two before as well. Btw did you already do an MP enquiry?

1.date cic received our file.
2.date when our file reached delhi.
pls suggest anyone.

The 19 months is from the date cic received your file as the time shown (19months) is now inclusive of the sponsor approval so should be from the time you filed.

You can always give proof that ur sponsor will book your return ticket if your spouse can give you a written agreement so that u can show it to the cbsa

Hello All,

Finally after 4.5 moths of remedial , My wife received the PP request , the whole process was frustrating and unnecessary lengthy. She is may 14 2015 applicant.

Another imp thing to discuss I got to know the file is approved since June, However we kept on waiting for the PP request.

I just hope all those people who are waiting for approvals , dont take much tension and stress as I know how painful the process is....

HI I am also waiting after April 19th remedical .... did you do any Mp inquiry or GCMS notes that might have helped your case.. I feel like they forgot about our file as when I ordered notes interview was waived so worried why its taking them so lond to send PPR

Same here . Got medical request on 19april and done on 3rd may but still no updates even I got to know the dint recive my medical yet ... So worried now ..

Yes .. M in Canada they check my ticket and I know many of my frnds who r in Canada and every time they ask for return ticket ... Thing u cn do is book ur ticket Thn take printout and concel that right way no issue !! This is wat I did ..

is it necessary that your remedical assesment should be done from the same clinic or hospital from where you did upfront medical.. pls answer both should be the same?
