Thx AG15, do you have to go and personally submit the passport, can't you post it ? Are all these mentioned in the PPR email? I am in Ludhiana , do I have to go to Jalandhar only or I can go to Chandhigarh or Delhi also?

I have submitted my passport on 26th aug in Chandigarh. Any idea how many days this office can take for visitor visa stamping?

Please share the info.

You have to go in person to submitt passport but after stamping you can do delivery at home.choose which city is near to you .you can go to jalandhar

Have you told them to send the passport home or you will go and pick it up from the visa office? Could you please explain the whole process, like what all you have to do after you receive your PPR?
 
Can anyone tell me, is it better to submit the passport at Delhi visa office? Do you think there are chances of getting it back faster? When you submit the passport do they tell you when to come and pick it up , if you want to pick up the passport personally?

I'm sorry for questioning you on this but I am doing this to make sure. Did yo mean you are a Feb 26, 2016 applicant or Feb 26, 2015? I just questioned it
because its hard to believe about the 2016 files and mainly because you posted it in the 2015 thread and may have miss-typed the year.
 
Hello All,

Finally after 4.5 moths of remedial , My wife received the PP request , the whole process was frustrating and unnecessary lengthy. She is may 14 2015 applicant.

Another imp thing to discuss I got to know the file is approved since June, However we kept on waiting for the PP request.

I just hope all those people who are waiting for approvals , dont take much tension and stress as I know how painful the process is....

ecas still in process,,,,,, Niyati, Manprit, Rick --- just dont loose hopes , you will get it soon
