Yes the MP said eligibility is passed. HAven`t received the notes as of yet...requested them early August so should be getting them this week hopefully!! We had our interview on July 25th and before we went for th einterview MP office had stated that background checks are ongoing so don`t know how long they have been on going but it has been 5 weeks since our interview already ...

I had my interview on 20th July, they said case is approved. They will contact us for Passport after 4 to 5 weeks. I submitted my remedial after the interview was over. It is close to 6 weeks now but haven't heard from them. Don't know what is causing the delay. When did you have your interview and what did they say?

Had our interview on July 25th and they said to my husband: ``I am convinced that your relationship is genuine`` and Welcome to Canada and that you will hear from us via email.
So we thought we would hear soon but I guess was wrong.

I think even if ucall delhi office they won't tell the detail reply but tell the same answer as it is in the website. And theyvthey will ask you to email.

Mine was also the same case. Our interview went well and approved and the visa officer took our passport too directly in the beginning of last week only. Got Decision made three days later on Thursday now hoping to receive passport back by this week.

I am in the same boat. Had the interview just 5 days before yours. Waiting since then , quite frustrating. As soon as you hear anything ,do put it on the forum, I will do the same. I think both our cases are very similar and almost at the same stage of processing. I guess when one of us hears from them , then that can be taken as a hint that even the other person's case is also close to be finalized. I will complete 19 months on 17th sept. Hope there is some activity from their side by then.

Gud news guys my wife may 27 2015 applicant did remedical June 24 ndvo get remedical August 25 got dision made 28 now we got passport request finally wait is going to over after 15 month best of luck everyone
