Even officer put a comment that he Is satisfied with everything. No interview required.

Approaching 4 months after remedical and 4 months after that officer put that comment on my file.


What do I need to do next??? Any idea?? MP is not doing anything. He said just wait.

we are in the same boat ..keep me informed please if you get lucky to hear something ..because I lost hopes now ... I am graduating and have ceremony in October ,,and hope I will hear something by then as I wanted my husband to be with me that day .. should I apply for visit visa or email them to do humble request what your thoughts are on this ..everyone's input valuable thanks
 
my wife may 27applican did her remedical on June 24 hospital send report on 29june weating for ppr I dnt know how much time they want 15 month complete on August 27 waiting waiting

Apply trv ...you have a good purpose of visit u will be approved 90 percentage

Hi all

To change family name of spouse in passport other than marriage certificate what other documents will be required by passport office in India to do name change? Plz advise me if anyone is aware of it.

Following is my time line.

Feb 12, 2015 - Sent application
April 15, 2015 - Sponsorship Approved
April 27, 2015 - Delhi recieved (AOR2?)
Dec 18, 2015 - Re-Medical Request
Dec 27, 2015 - Medical sent

March 10, 2016 - I was asked to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (I know I was supposed to pay this earlier, I dont know how I missed it)
March 14, 2016 -- Sent payment proof to the mississauga CPC office and Delhi Office

That is the last I have heard from them.

I have sent a few case inquiries. But all i get back is, "We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible office. They will contact you only if they require further information"

What would be the right course of action from here.?
MP inquiry? anything else?

Is there a way that I can bring her here with a visit visa?? So I can be together with my wife and son.

The application has reached the 19 months. IT says 19 months in the Processing Time for India applications.

I am just worried that my file may be catching dust on somebody's desk and they just dont care :( :( :(

Hi Bogiz,

I would say apply notes right away and definitely go to your MPs office as MPs are more helpful when the processing time mark is over (i.e. 19 months in this case). Some of them can be absolutely a pain and still tell you that this is only an average processing time and can take longer than this. But tell them your whole situation, because seems like to me that everything should be good to go. Someone just has not looked at the file yet. And it is ridiculous when they have asked you to submit the landing fees and all then the application is all good. The MP office should be able to find out for you if they are waiting to hear back from someone or need any extra documents to finalize the application. AND PUSH YOUR MP if they say they cant do anything about it.
