NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

I got my notes. Everything is passed!! Only background check hasn't started yet.
Even officer put a comment that he Is satisfied with everything. No interview required.

Approaching 4 months after remedical and 4 months after that officer put that comment on my file.


What do I need to do next??? Any idea?? MP is not doing anything. He said just wait.

I am in same condition as u 3 months after remedical everything passed in notes stil waiting
 
Could it be that the VO's are working on student visas simutaneously since Aug -Sep is the fresh academic year in canada ? Just wondering if that could be the reasone for putting up May files on hold

GC key is not up to date !! Everything reads not needed at this time except Medicals as Passed and Review of eligibility In Process

Hello everyone

we applied for our gcms notes on 11 july but have not received yet. i also sent email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca to inform them.
its more then 44 days since notes applied and 7 days after email but still i am waiting for notes.

i also tried soo many time in last one month to link my application with my account but every time i got same result "no application found".
i checked many time before every search to confirm i am filling right information. i tried every option to search my application but not result found for every search. i am still trying and trying to search my application.

please help
what should i do?

should we go to mp for issue of our notes?

please reply
 
Just checked 3rd line appeared in ecas as well now "Medical results have been received"

Permanent Residence Application status- is also showing in Progress, Does that means AOR2??

We will receive a direct email from Delhi immigration stating passport request letter.
Linking the application doesn't not affect anything.
 
i used to link my application and successfully linked

but in martial status i filled single and member of application 2

what it means ?

i submited application for family class spouse and i am married but why martial status single is working instead of married to link my application

why ?

Hi guys,
Just need your help/advice because my application has been delayed a lot.
I am a citizen and sponsoring my wife who is in India. My son who is turning 1 now is also a citizen and has a passport.

Following is my time line.

Feb 12, 2015 - Sent application
April 15, 2015 - Sponsorship Approved
April 27, 2015 - Delhi recieved (AOR2?)
Dec 18, 2015 - Re-Medical Request
Dec 27, 2015 - Medical sent

March 10, 2016 - I was asked to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (I know I was supposed to pay this earlier, I dont know how I missed it)
March 14, 2016 -- Sent payment proof to the mississauga CPC office and Delhi Office

That is the last I have heard from them.

I have sent a few case inquiries. But all i get back is, "We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible office. They will contact you only if they require further information"

What would be the right course of action from here.?
MP inquiry? anything else?

Is there a way that I can bring her here with a visit visa?? So I can be together with my wife and son.

The application has reached the 19 months. IT says 19 months in the Processing Time for India applications.

I am just worried that my file may be catching dust on somebody's desk and they just dont care :( :( :(
