Don't know when this wait will end... Pathetic responsibilities by CIC !!

Hi,
I have a question, before tht kindly go through my PR details below -

Visa Office......: New Delhi
App. Filed.......: 02-Nov-2015
AOR Received.: 22-Dec-2015
Sponsorship Approval...:24-Feb-2016
Supporting doc's Request.: 26-Feb-2016
AOR 2 Received...:07-Mar-2016
Medical Done....: 07-Mar-2016
RPRF Done...:10-Mar-2016
File Transfer...: 24-Apr-2016
Interview........: Hope Not
Passport Req..: Not Yet
VISA ISSUED...: Not Yet

I haven't seen my wife since 1.5 years. I have also applied for TRV 2 times to meet my wife but unfortunately it is rejected.

Currently, my wife is working in Canada. But her contract is going to be over in Sept/2016. Hence she is planning to come to me from Oct/2016 - Feb/2017 (because of Diwali & other family functions). Afterwards, again she will find job in Canada.

I am confused whether to call her or not, because we both will be without job in India (I am also jobless since July/2016, pursuing certification course), if I get interview call from CIC then I believe it will hammer on my VISA.

Please suggest, is it her good time to visit me ?

Hi All, We want to show booked return tickets for visitor visa.
We have talked to few agents they said we can hold tickets for only couple of days but these tickets will be cancelled automatically after 2-3 days. We are afraid if the immigration officer will search for the ticket's reference ID he will find cancelled tickets. Please suggest.
If possible please share the agent/website details for any other better option on "phoneuse.motog@gmail.com".

Thanks in advance.

Hey M K Sandhu ,

You can use travel Insurance , just upgrade your travel insurance to CFAR(cancellation for any reason) and you are good to go.

you can cancel your travel ticket till 48 hours before flight , so i guess it will be best for you. though you may have to spend like $80-120 extra but its always worth while investment.

Good luck

HI Everyone,

Currently I am In Canada. I want to visit my wife coz she has an Interview on 26th sept. Will my visit during the Interview affects my wife's application? I am resigning my job just to be with her during this difficult time. Leaving canada during processing affects our file? I welcome your suggestions... :) :)
it doesn't make any difference, if goin to india really effects ur job and money then don't go, but forsure it won't effect any negativity on ur application if u don't go, so don't u worry, I didn't go.. And she got visa.sometimes they cross questions wen ur there at interview, so don't put urself in such situation and also
Keep save ur money and time for further time, enjoy

we all are here in same circumstances. I stayed with my spouse for four month. my spouse took leave from job.
I donot think its major concern until you stay together more than a year or so
enjoy ur married life, dnt bother about immigration.

hey guys ..is there any possibility of interview after remedical??mine medical was on 26th april..even no dm..what reason may be??

Hi Everyone,

Update on my file,

Received re-medical email (Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca) today at 4:33pm, (Ches X-rays and laboratory test as well) seems like full medical.

GC account updated, medical changed from passed to in progress.

As per GCMS notes medical was valid until 24 Sept 2016, I have no idea why they asked for medical again.

It won't hammer on your visa. Enjoy beautiful time with her.

My only concern is the application getting closed since we didn't perform the re medical one month from June 23, 2016. Heard that re medical request is valid only for 1 month. I hope the MP or NDVO sends us another email.

Don't worry, your application is not closed at all, if it is it will be open again. You didn't ignore their request on purpose. As you didn't receive their request, you will be fine. Just let VO know that you never received this request at all. I have seen 2 cases going through same issue where visa officer open closed files again with in a week.
