Hi, ask your MP to communicate on this issue with NDVO. MP will communicate with NDVO and update you.

In my case, i sent my baby's (new born) documents to NDVO 2 times with case specific enquiry and 1 time physical documents via DHL.

but even after 3 months of sending the documents when I did MP enquiry, i got reply that NDVO is not having your new born information, My MP office representative asked me to send documents to her and she will forward it to NDVO. I did order notes ( 2 months after MP sent the documents) and found information is updated.

Now waiting for DM/PPR as re-medicals were done on March 19, 2016.

Its frustrating ............. I don't know if we can challenge CIC/NDVO process in court but seriously there must be a way to protest this lengthy waiting process.


some time after re-medical it may take 90 days to update coz if everything is ok they can put you in Que for further decision ..and usually the do background check before re medical but in some cases they send re medical first and background after so both are positive..if u have any doubt you should send inquiry direct to new Delhi they will reply you in 7 days

Ya thats gud idea it makes realtionship more geniune. But both will be prepared for interview becuse visa officer can do cross questing while interview

hi..my friend accompnied her husband during interview two days ago .she was here from last three months.she told them that dhe had to quit the job and everything .they didnt say anything.just said in order to apply for citizenship u have to be there for two years ..her interview is passed and waiting for ppr

Update:

We did my wife's Medical (checkup with panel physician, xray, blood and urine test) on Aug 5, 2016. I will contact the doctor on Aug 12, 2016 to see if they have sent the application.

BTW, my wife is on a visit visa with me in Canada.

U did ur wife's remedial in canada only??
I am also planning to apply for trv...... Is it easy to apply for trv while application is in process.
After PPR request... Is ur wife wil come back to india??
Or is it possible that visa wil issued in canada itself?

I did MP inquiry 2 times. Background/Criminality/Security are not started yet.

Its been over 100 days since re-medical.
I don't know, what to do next?

Eligibility has been passed
Medical has been passed
Security is in process
Criminality has not been initiated yet and they have 19 months to decide

What do you guys think about this? How long it take to get ppr ... Hope all get ppr n remedical soon ...

Rejection of trv dosen't effect your pr application.


Right now ndvo is processing april,may,june,july,aug,sept files you your turn will come soon and everything is on track..

dear m of same time line 21st may reassessment on 26th april..waiting for gcms..do one thing apply gcms in every week..and go to your lawyer there is one reprentative form...lawyer can also make enquiry..stay positive
