Was finally able to link MyCIC application online.

Upon review, I noted that a background check is needed and is currently "In Progress". Does this mean that they need more info other than police clearance certificate?

Thanks for the well wishes. We got the medicals done on Friday last week. Hopefully, the doctor will send it via emedical this coming Friday. I will email them to find the status on Friday and let you all know.

When entering the number of applicants, put '2' and not '1'.

Fill file no (application number), leave date of birth blank, put only passport information. leave blank city and country name.
Other Application Information part, key in province,city,current marital status: married,Number of family members (2),

SO you got an interview request after remedical? Did you ever request notes? Did that show eligibility passed on the notes?

My Interview was waived and did my remedicals later new officer was not satisfied with our pics and he recommended an interview. Yes our eligibility was passed. When I did Mp Inquiry CIC sent me Interview date.

Kindly suggest

there is no format you just ask them you have missed interview date in the email. Thats what i did and the same day I got my Interview date.

Sachi they took 2-3month more but it's almost 2month after remedical almost 15month application

You are near to hear good news, once they update your medical, you are good to go. I hope within 2 weeks you will hear something good. Best of Luck.

115 plus days after remedical... May 14 applicant.. NDVO is sleeping on my file...Visited MP -- got the positive info, but NDVO is not working for an MP they will take there own time,MP office is just like an Indian court - they tell come after every 15 days and then another 15 and then another 15.

They are not following the protocol... just like a Lotto649... who ever gets picked up gets approved...

Same here dear .. It's almost 98day . everything is done but still they r not ready to update new medical this is the 4th time when I order note and every time same rply.. Went MP and they r also helpless..
