Thanks Yuvraj, for your concern but i filed for gcms case notes in may and they all came back as all good with the status pending remedical assesment but so far we haven't received any letter for medical reassesment..what should we do now ..
Pls suggest something is it going to take exactly 19months?

Just recieved my GCMS notes 15 minutes ago....With again NOTHING STARTED status......its 15 months and NDVO has not touched my file .......The notes were generated on 12 July 2016 .....
ELIGIBILITY : NOT STARTED
CRIMINALITY :NOT STARTED
MEDICAL : PASSED AND EXPIRED .

IT is so frustrating ...what to do .....Am I waiting for Interview or remedical......No idea ......

Seniors Any advise what should be done .....approach MP ?

Nothing mentioned .......Loaction of file says REGISTRY .....no notes at all by VO .....its stil says ELIGIBILITY not started

Yes i tried ,1 application found but I have hired a lawyer so it says you need to remove him in order to have access to this information ....

I feel for you YuvrajCanada. It is absolutely ridiculous way or working from NDVO and CIC in general. Have you tried to escalate this with an MP? It doesn't help much with an MP but maybe in your case it might because the fact that they haven't even touched your file might get them to finally look at it once an MP inquiry is sent along?

This is indeed very ridiculous and frustrating , I will try to approach MP ,but as you said it's not very helpful ,MP 's will ask to wait for 19 months .

Try it once not all mp provide the same advise so go for it ..
