I hope that they don't reschedule it again...u neva know with NDVO. Anyways there is some transparency with the process.

I shud get my GCMS notes by 5th August, I should get a more clear picture then. Anyways MP enquiry confirmed that NDVO has received the documents requested for ADR on 6th July. The next update on my file will be Sep 15, which is way too long even after providing all the info they need. Anyways the MP's assistant said that ADR increases the timeline. But the guy was very good and said he wud follow up on Sep 19. I don't need to call them. they will update me on Sep 19.

I thought my process should be over by then.

Seems like you are near to hear good news as your background check is in progress, mostly applicants have it not started yet. Best of luck

I am pretty sure they won't re-schedule it now. Just relax and kill the waiting time by enjoying. Best of luck

hey thanks rammy
thats what i noticed too....so far people who posted don't have the background in progress........ by mp enquiry they said can't find the medicals ..i need to redo them...i guess thats the delay in my file.

Around what time you got remedical ? Is it full medical? Did you got remedical by email ? Does it goes to applicant or sponsor`s email. I am 8 may applicant still waiting for medical request . Mine Elgibilty,cimirminality is passed on 13 May 2016 only left with expired medical. I did MP inquiry and today i got answer "The medical examination results have expired. The office will contact your constituent’s spouse with further instructions once the officer determines the time is appropriate." >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( when this appropriate time will come.................. i have no idea ............. i am so frustrated .......nvdo is so bad i really hate them .... please god help me :( :( :( :( :( :(

Your eligibility and criminality passed and waiting for remed.

For me medical passed and waiting for other, they haven't started it yet.

hello mike we applied at the same time and I got my notes sayin nothing started but remedical received good till 2017 and interview waived

but I don't understand why its taking them so long to do our checks ?? how come ppl applied with us or even after got their's cleared ??

Niystis .. we are in same boat I got notes today nothing started remedical passed good till 2017 ..I m going to mp inquiry to find out whats going on seems like we have a same vo
 
Anyone tried using same GC key we use for revenue Canada account to login to link account on CIC ?

No point doing MP inquiry. I guess.

My MP said expect something by December. And now he said need not to contact their office every month. Before je said contact us after a month of you do not hear anything. Now no need, said he will contact us if something. Otherwise he will contact cic again of nothing gets done by December . Freaking 19 months end by December, that is why.
