My MP is not willing to inquire unless 15 months have passed. Straight up refused to take any of my detail also. Helpless!!

Strange,

When my sponsorship application was delayed, I contacted my MP and his office ensured they will ask CIC to process as it was more than the processing time (Level 1 approval).
I got it after 10 days.

Then just a week ago without even asking me they did the enquiry and told me the file is in NDVO and documents are being processed.
In the eMail, they again said they will do another enquiry after 3 months.

I believe it depends on your MP.

That's Rude !!! I passed 14 months mark so basically my inquiry was put up and to my surprise, they Re-opened my file after the inquiry was put up as I was asked to submit ADR (PCC) in May last week after my Re-Meds. As per MP inquiry, they Re-opened my file on july 6th and further responded that I should expect to hear from them in another 1-1.5 months as only criminality check is to be done now for my case and if not then I should contact them again after August 25th.

May 8 applicant. I did MP inquiry on 7th July. Seems as if NDVO are taking their own time to process the files !! As per my inquiry report, My assessment was completed on 25th April 2016 and then Re-meds done on 20th May. Somehow, they asked me ADR on May 26th to submit PCC for a different state in India where I resided for 4 years. And now after Re-opening my file on July 6th, they need 1-1.5 months more just to evaluate a single sheet of PCC !! >:( >:(
 
Embassy nu sharam nai auni aapa jo marji kar laiiye dekh hi rahe ho saare ki kise nu aje v laggda hai ke embassy sahi tareeke naal kamm kar rahi hai , mainu te laggda hai oh koi kamm hi nai kar rahe , ene remedicals pending hoge te almost saare jul walea nu koi update diti , naa kujh ethe kar sakkde naa othe jaa sakkde
 
Mainu te laggda jehra banda medicals dekhda ohi marr gya laggda
 
so finally one mp did the enquiry.....they replied everything is fine on the file but they didn't receive my medicals.....they are so unprofessional their own medical team said they received my medical.....so i don't understand whats the problem with these guys.

My husband suggested that we don't need to make mp Enquiry because it will give bad affect to our application.
Really tensed.......
