It is still 19 months, Sponsor is sponsoring the applicant from India- the case is being processed from India. Its definitely not 13 months.

My husband sponsored from Canada so it's 13 months

Hi everyone,
I'm 9th September 2015 applicant. Got ADR today
Medical expired on 15th may 2016.
Requested ADR are :- copy of old passport as I submitted my new passport previously.
And copy of Academic certificates

That's strange !! I was asked to submit my PCC last month which i did but still waiting for PPR...

Exactly. Many July and August applicants have already got their visa's and some even landed. Unfortunately, though many of May applicants are still waiting for PPR :-[ :-[

It's heartbreaking to wait like this. I hate Canada immigration system.

Hi amina, did you see any page with written section 16(1)c and file on hold? If you see it, than your file might be in queue security check for sponser.

No it says s.15(1) on the corner of the page :'(
