I am going to apply for visit visa for the 2nd time. Its been 45 days after remedicals but no response. Can I send Invitation letter by email or do I need to notarize and send by Mail? I need your suggestions please.

38 Days After Remedical - Still Waiting. :'( :'(

I had applied for notes on June 9 . I got them Today. Notes were generated on June 17. According to the notes everything is passed Eligibility criminality and medicals . They have even updated the new meds done on file on June 6.. The notes say File Reviewed and cleared, RFV. I really dont understand whats the hold up . The last time they viewed and reviewed my file was June 8 at 8:45 pm . Ughh Im getting nervous and anxious about this hold up . Why cant they just send the PPR email already .

I am sponsoring my spouse for the permanent residence. I just realized that I made a mistake in the Schedule A Background/Declaration. On the question 8) Personal History- I forgot to mention 6 months period during which my spouse was Unemployed after finishing up studies. What should I do to correct this? I received my sponsorship approval last week and my spouse application is now transferred to new delhi visa office. Please advise

i don't think now they will call you for interview it is always before medical it they reject application then your money is west for medical so they will not call you for interview unless if they give you conditional visa for 2 years if then may be you will be called in future for interview.

Can somebody guide me, we received an additional documents request on April 26th, we sent them in May but the documents after were registered as being received on June 28th, people say it takes approximativly 2-3 months to get PPR after ADR so we should count from which date the April or the June? Our Medical and PCC are already up to date and there. I am trying to guess when we could expect PPR?

Hi amina, did you see any page with written section 16(1)c and file on hold? If you see it, than your file might be in queue security check for sponser.

Hi gori, actually no can predict any timelines for the ppr as working style of ndvo is a mystery due to further background and security checks.

Hi Gori,
yeah undoubtedly it takes approx 2-3 months after ADR and if everything goes well with your case. As in my case, i was asked ADR on 26th May which I submitted on 9th June. After almost a Month's wait and by doing MP inquiry, I was informed by MP's office that my file was Re-opened on 6th July and that I can expect to hear from them in another 4-6 weeks. So, basically it will be 2-2.5 months after submitting ADR !!
