Second carrying SPonsored Forms and Proofs.

Hi all,

My case details are as follows:
Application submitted: 28 July 2015
Sponsorship approval: 28 Sep 2015
In Process status from 22 Oct 2015

I received a mail from the Immigration delhi, stating that
'These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.'

Is this re-medical? And will it involve only chest x-ray? I am planning to do this test over this weekend. Any responses will be highly appreciated.

i got 100 % same reply from NDVO after MP inquiry
only different between yours and mine is date of application
NDVO currently working on copy paste protocol

No good news. Got this response from MP office.
" · The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), on May 8, 2015.
· The initial assessment to ensure your constituent meets the eligibility criteria and that the application has been finalized on July 6, 2015.
· The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent’s spouse meet the eligibility requirements.
o the eligibility requirements assessment has been finalized on April 25, 2016.
· The medical examination results are on file and valid until June 1, 2017, for your constituent’s spouse.
· The criminality verifications have not yet been initiated.
· The current processing times indicated on the website are approximate and can vary with each individual case. "

don't know about whats actually their protocol !! but i was asked to submit my PCC on may 26th and i sumitted it on 9th june.
and the MP office said that now they have re-opened my file on july 6th.

Did you get compete full medical or chest X-ray?

My wife did her full medical at Appolo but they ask only X-ray and lab test but hospital did her full medical on June 24 but hospital send her report on June 29
