You will receive an interview letter which will have the interview date. They have not scheduled your interview yet. Last I heard only BEGINNING OF APRIL 2015 applicants gotten interview letters/dates.

No good news. Got this response from MP office. :( :( :(
" · The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), on May 8, 2015.
· The initial assessment to ensure your constituent meets the eligibility criteria and that the application has been finalized on July 6, 2015.
· The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent’s spouse meet the eligibility requirements.
o the eligibility requirements assessment has been finalized on April 25, 2016.
· The medical examination results are on file and valid until June 1, 2017, for your constituent’s spouse.
· The criminality verifications have not yet been initiated.
· The current processing times indicated on the website are approximate and can vary with each individual case. "

Dear All,

Finally after a long time similar to lot of you guys my wife has finally got DM status on her permanent residence application for Canada. I have following questions though:

1. Does CIC send email notification about the "decision made" status because we checked only on ecas system about this. Just wanted to confirm, it does send PPR request by email rite?
2. On ecas system, it says "decision made" on her PR application status but still "in process" on sponsorship application status. What does this mean? I was expecting "decision made" for both the application status.
3. When it says "decision made" it is usually positive news rite? (I hope it is good news).
4. How much time is generally taking for PPR after DM status for PR? I saw the spreadsheet and it is about approx 1 week but if anybody can confirm with any latest updates that would be really good.

Please let me know. I wish all of you guys who are awaiting PPR anxiously all the very best. May all of you guys get PPR soon.

Remedical request - June 14, 2016
Remedical completed - June 20, 2016
DM - July 6, 2016

some people says now its changed from 19 months to 13 months is it true ?

Just ask where he leave and google the area MP and it should have there contact info.
 
I did MP inquiry they said security and background is pending .
anyone know how much time more takes to my application ?
