We were able to speak with an agent in IRCC this morning and your wife’s medical was received and is valid until April 19, 2017.

We were also advised that processing on the file is complete and the application has been approved. It is not formally approved until a letter is issued to you but you can expect the letter soon.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you and your family in the future

This is the response obtained from MP Enquiry !! search on google for your area's MP office and there you can fill in the online form and ask them regarding your application

Already I asked my Mp to do an inquiry 3 days ago they said it takes 5 business days to get the report. How much time time did it take for you.

I just applied for it yesterday and my MP told that it will take 10 working days. so, basically you just got to wait for these given days for their response.

My case details are as follows:
Application submitted: 28 July 2015
Sponsorship approval: 28 Sep 2015
In Process status from 22 Oct 2015

I received a mail from the Immigration delhi, stating that
'These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.'

Is this re-medical? And will it involve only chest x-ray? I am planning to do this test over this weekend. Any responses will be highly appreciated.

Need help senior members
I got 14 may decision make but no ppr Request
I did mp enquiry he told me they send me email on 16 may but i didon't receive because they send on wrong id my mp correct my id but all last email till remedical i got on my email id but only after decision make they send on wrong email id
After correcting by mp before two weeks i didn't get any email
In ppr mail any special bar code or reqest for submit ppr
One of my frnd told me just take any sample of ppr requst and just submit my wife ppr
Plss reply any one have idea

Started processing for sponsorship : April 27, 2016.
Sponsorship approval: June 3, 2016
Acknowledgement of Receipt at Delhi : June 8, 2016
In Process status from: June 7, 2016

I received an email from the Immigration Delhi to submit proof of landing fee payment and medical examination on June 8, 2016.
submitted back (via email) : June 9, 2016.

Now waiting for the decision made status.

Hello Folks

I am quiet new to this community and need your help and advise.I am a PR living in Canada and i applied for spousal sponsorship for my wife and kid living in India (outland applicaiton) and the date submitted was Dec 30,2014.I was requested to submit medical reassessment from HCC New Delhi in Dec 2015 and during that time my wife and kid were in Canada visiting me and hence we submitted the reassessment from here in Canada.I also opened a case specific enqiry and attached the details of medical reasssessment in January and they updated them in the file.Its been 6 months since then and there is no update.I have opened one more case specific enquiry last month asking for status for which there was no response and i got my ATIP/GCMS file and i couldnt find anything that stopping the process.

Could you help me if there is a way to contact HCC, New Delhi asking for more details and is there any secion in the GCMS file i need to look at as it has several pages and its very confusing.

Please feel free to advise and suggest. Quiet upset that my friends who submitted the applicaiton 6 months after me has already received passport request and there is no update on my case

Yes, it is a re-medical request. The email should have a PDF attachment with your details that you need to take to CIC panel doctor. Congrats!!
