Dear Senior members need your suggestion.

Ecas status changed to DM on 24th June'16 however my lawyer has not received any email for the same.

1. Is there any email my lawyer will receive for DM?
2. Post DM how long does it take to get PPR?

but two week ago I did mp enquiry and he said background check is going on and everything is fine if any docs required then he definitely told me about that and also applied notes in march and got in April there also nothing mentioned

Is it necessary that one can do mp enquiry only after the processing times have passed by ? or one can do that even after a 14 month period ?

may 8 2015 file : got my re-med done on 20th may 2016; was asked to submit PCC due to certain reasons on 26th may 2016, submitted it on 9th june 2016. Awaiting for further correspondence yet !! any ideas ?

congr8s kamaldeep for getting DM U will get the request for pass port soon. And 25th and 26th are weekends so want get any news. Further ask ur agent to also look spam / archive folders too.

How do i know wether the documents i have sent have reached them.they had requested me for additional documents last saturday and i sent them by last monday.how do i know wether they have received my post??!!pleade help

Hey u can track from the code given to u to track the courier or post

We faced same thing. did re med on march 14th. but hear nothing after that. applied 3 notes. everything passed except Criminality(in progress). did MP enquiry. they told nothing to worry since everything is good with my file and no add doc required. still no reply. after long waiting got PPR on last tuesday. and status changed to DM. u too will here soon. dont worry. All the best..

I think they took three months to give u ppr and I'm also expecting the same but nobody knows when it ll be

no it is not necessary , u can do mp enquiry after 10or 11 month after file received , and can apply for anytime in the processing of ur file but some mp 's Dont do enquiry before full processing time given while others can do , depends on mp , and it won't the effect ur file either ,

Bubba_bear, just curious, how many countries have you stayed for more than 6 months, or are they still just doing background check if you only stayed in India?

I ve travelled six countries eight times with the average stay of 1 month in each for tourism , I Don't think it is delaying b coz it's very clear and they can enquire in a day

Thank you !! Application date 8th may; I had my re-med done on 20th may and got another request from NDVO to submit a PCC for the time period i was residing in a different state on 26th may which I submitted on 9th june. Any ideas how much more time do will they take ?

oh my god.. always feel unlucky... june applicants getting visa.. may ppl are waiting.. its very panic now... reassessment medical done 60days ago.. still waiting.. is any may applicant have same timeline.. 21st may applicant
