NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

PLEASE I NEED HELP

Ndvo asked me to send them a copy of my conversion to hindu religion and i sent them Affidavit from notary but they dont accept it... We dont have any other document from my conversion....what i do...we needed it for register our marriage and it was accepted but i dont know why NDVO doesnt want to accept it....PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO....???
 
They need letter from pandit ji.. He need to write that everything is happen by him or front of him ... Ur name ,address, parents name , address and Wife name, her parents name and address. I did that . . Hope it helps ..

Do you have a community certificate from your government?
If you do, Try attaching it on top of other docs. it should help

Right .. Actually this is same like Sikh wedding they got paper from Gurudwara sahib where they tie the knot !!

Yes jotrook is right. 100% that's what you need. Make sure you get it from right priest who was present at your wedding because they might call to make sure if it's real or not.

Hello everyoneeee.....
Finallllllyyyyyyy landed on 21st june 2016.....first v go in immigration queue....frm there they ask us to go to other session of immigration officer who check ppl those who arrived in canada fr first tym....there they were asking questions to ppl bt luckily my officer was toooo cool n he jus gv me stamp n was laughing n smiling ....too good officer.....infact i asked him questions abt how to proceed n he was very good at assiting....got sin number on airport itself aftr immigration thn they gv books on how to settle in canada n health related books..........thn v proceed fr baggage.....landing procedure is damnnnn easy n very smoooth.....i had pre filled B4 form copies with each n every detail of goods accompanying bt i dint submit that as officer dint ask me anything abt it......i jus submitted B4a (goods to be followed)form two copies....actually one fr me n one fr their record ......officer gv me stamp on each page of my jewellery images fr my record....thn u r out of the airport....it took one hour fr me as there was abit rush bt if there is no rush thn its max 30mins work.....ppl about to land be relax abt landing procedure.....i took too much headache of typing n printing of each n every stuff i am carry with value in cad....bt its ok if u dont hv every detail as in my case it was of no use n jus i was prepared fr the worst....
Hoping fr speedy visa fr everyone n congratzz to all the ppl who r getting updates.....
Climate here is pleasant fr v Indians as it is still too hot in India .....fr canadians it is too hot n they call this summer :P

I don't know why, but most of us who have applied on june 10, 2015 are still waiting.. i don't know why but it is really frustrating....
