Dear all,

We have received our remed request today. Can somebody please answer my following questions:

1. As per remed request letter, they have asked us to do chest X-ray and lab tests. Does this mean it is a full re medical test or only partial remedial test?
2. We are currently in California, USA for the next 3 weeks. We can do it from CIC panel physician in California rite? It won't cause any delay to the application process just because we are doing it from outside india?
3. Can anyone please confirm what are the fees for doing the remedicals in Canada or USA? (those who have already done it)?
4. Can anyone share the timelines from re medical to PR visa? I was looking at the NDVO spreadsheet and was seeing approximately 1 month or so to get the PR visa from the date of remedical completion (was looking mainly at the applicants from May - June). Does this mean that we can also expect PR in the next 1 month or so or it may take more time as well?

Please let me know.

I've been a silent follower of this thread

Application Filed July 27, 2015 after Aor 2 theres been no update whatsoever, waiting for my turn patiently I guess.

I have one questions without request we had send additional documents by mail in March 2016 of my visit to my husband and today I got GCMS notes ordered on May 14/16, NOTHING STARTED. In the notes, it doesn't say that they received additional documents. We did that because my last visit was short we did not have too many pictures and we wanted to avoid the wait of 2-3 months after adr. Does anybody know why it doesn't show in GCMS notes? And should we resend those documents by email this time or mail?


I also wanted to thank all active members and especially Nabaaf who has been very supportive to all the members and myself by answering some unanswered questions of mine. Wish you all a speedy procedure and reunion with your spouses. As I pray for myself, I remember you guys in my prayers too.

Check the last two or three pages.You will see notes from CIC about you're communication with them.
