Hi, Did anybody get PR card who landed in March 2016? Its been more than 8 weeks, we did not get PR card yet.

According to my knwledge nowadays it takes more tym to receive pr card aftr landing....approximately 3-4months....earlier it was much sooner bt now v need to wait a little longer coz of increased number of immigrants...i hope this helps

My wife got an email from CIC stating that "The photographs does not meet the required specifications" when we opened the attachment we found that the letter/attachment/email did not belong to our file, its addressed to "Stepan Nyemmy" Montreal. The file number also does not belong to our case.

Is this a fraud email or did CIC just mixed up email IDs...

The email was from "Permanent-Resident-Card@cic.gc.ca" Is this a genuine email ID, I am planning to call CIC to find out about it.

Sometyms they do make such blunders...in past also one member reported to receive other applicants email....i guess fr that reason they hv automated last line as to report cic if the email doesnt belongs to u....so do report according to the instructions gv in the email....

My wife got the re-medical request on June 2 and we just completed the re-medical done today. Can you please update the spreadsheet?

Hopefully it reaches cic soon and we get PPR soon..

What does that re-medical letter say? If just X-ray then hopefully in 1 to 2 months after Re-med you will get PR Visa!
