NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

No re-medical request, no update from NDVO.

Today I received response for my notes, it says Nothing Started. Even Medicals status is showing Not Started but due date is showing this month 18th, what does it mean?

And also there is PAPER FILE TRANSFER HISTORY section, in that it shows a recent update was on April 8th 2016 and location is RK01404.

I got my permanent residency on March 2015 and moved to Canada in the same month, and came to india in Jan 2016.
got married in march 2016 and since Jan 2016 I am in India.

Now first of all as i am canadian pr, i can't apply my wife's case from india...
secondly i am applying her tourist visa from india ... am i doing right? what I am thinking is i will fly canada alone and file her case. once here case will be in new delhi office, i will ask her to join me in canada.

question what do you think about my case?
what is the probably of her visitor visa?

Need expert advice please.

I live in punjab. I've submitted my passport at vfs ,jalandhar. where were they suppose to send it for stamping? Chandigarh visa office or New delhi???? The reason i'm asking because i've got text on my mobile regarding passport status from VFS ( it says" Your passport has been dispatched from Chandigarh ,Visa office to VFS ,jalandhar) . Everything messed up. Can someone please guide me?

Need expert advice please.

Your wife can apply for TRV now and if it gets approved she can travel with you. You can then apply for her outland PR even though she is in Canada. Her travel is not dependent on the PR application.
The chance of getting TRV for your wife is very low but you should definitely try. It'll depend on factors like her ties to India (eg. job) because of which she has to return to India, her financial situation, travel history, etc.

I'd suggest you post your case in detail on the visitor section of this forum, discuss there and then prepare her application well. Remember, first time is the best chance of approval of TRV.

My suggestion is do not delay the PR application as well. File asap.
