hi Guys,

i have a question, my wife initial entry to Canada occured in Jan 08 ( came from INdia to Canada) , and in Febrary 08 we went to us and reentered Canada on Feb 10, her passport was not stamped with any dates so she is allowed to remain for 6 months.

my question is which date we should consider as her start date for this 6 month duration?

is it going to be Jan 08, 2016 ? or Feb 10 2016 ?

i have heard that visiting US and reentering to canada doesnt extend the duration automatically ?

can you advise please seniors ?

Need ur advice. I got remedical request today. And my agent told me to get remedical done from the same dr from whom my spouse got his medical done last yr. Is it really necessary?

I have got the same request of medical from same email id, upfront medical i had already done and submitted it with application. Since medical is valid for an year mine is valid till 31oct as I am Dec-2015 applicant what needs to should i drop mail to delhi enquiry address attaching my medical recepit and emedical paper.

you can email then with your details and the UMI which the panel physician gave you.....ask them to find the existing medicals and tell them it won't expire. does your ecas show that medical is received ?? they will reply you in 3-5 days or else just get it done why waste time.....they replied to me and asked me no need for remed coz mine was also similar case.

You and I have recieved additional doc request about the same time . I recieved mine by email on may 27 and says the docs shd be recieved by ndvo by 11th July . We shd be following up on each other more offen

I will mail them by the end of this week and email them the scanned copies of the exact same thing . And i am not sure if they email or mail a conformation letter whether theyve recieved the documents
