NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Is there anyone who got a DM and PPR without a re-medical request? Also, since I got an ADR in May (I'm an Aug 2015 applicant), is there a chance I will not need to do re-medical?

Hi All,

I have applied from Canada for my spouse in India last year in May (So May 2015) and the file went to New Delhi in July. Since then status on my file is "Medical results have been received". Her medical has been expired as well and we have got no letter for remedical. People who have applied for their spouse are getting Visa. I am not sure here how long it will take. Is there a way to verify this and does it usually take that long?

Please put me in right direction or are there more people like me waiting..

Hi peeps.... I am silent follower of this group, 16 June applicant got remedial request today :) :) :)

Hold on guys for some more time...I know waiting is killing but more we think about it more stressed out we get.

Why worry if you cant do anything about it?

My wife submitted the passport to VFS Chandigarh on 24th and today I checked online by the tracking number and it says:

Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 26/05/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

Does this means it has been dispatched to Chandigarh VFS? :)

dec 2013 but they opened my application in March 2015 they said it's our mistake now we are trying to process your application asap we have that letter where they write these lines.

Do an MP enquiry. Your application has passed the 19 months processing time. Ask your wife to go to their local MP and tell her story and show the letter you have received from NVDO. That would help you. There is no point in waiting. Its more than a year now they have not improved their mistake.
