Hi Guys just an update... I am June 1st applicant... Got remedial request today around 11:45 AM IST..

If anyone can let me know what document we need to go for the test... Asked only for chest x-Ray ....where I will get IMM 5419 form... Or doctor will fill up that form...

Please let me know.. I will really appreciate your help...

u have to carry passport
photocopy of ur passport
2 passport size pic
print out of the email and formm attached with email
rest doctor will do on there own

It can take 1-2 months after Re-med. Depending on Background / security check.

And ppl from March and April are waiting after re-med.

The letter is dated on April 25 and we received it just today by regular post.

So re medical was requested was generated for you on 25 th April itself.But since they send it via post u got it almost after a month.
