Hi, in our case since we did civil marriage and applied for the PR we did mention in the application that we would be having a religious wedding and also going on a honeymoon (we specified the dates).

The ADR requested for photos and proof of religious ceremony held on the date as well as photos of outings after marriage and post-marriage family photographs. They asked to specify period of cohabitation after marriage and gave us a deadline to submit the requisite documents.

Everyone on the forum has been saying that the ADR adds an additional 2-3 months to the timeline so I've got to be patient. :/
 
Hello everyone, I am July 7, 2015 applicant ordered GCMS notes on apr 13 and got 29 pages report after 33 days having some queries if anyone can help would be appreciated.

Eligibility: passed
Security: not started
Criminality: not started
Background: not started

1. Where does it mention about the interview if it's waived or not?
2. There is one line at the end of my notes says "New Delhi case forwarded to VO for processing". What does that mean?

If eligibity is passed then i think there is no interview
So u r gud though

this indicates that security checks have not been started for april applicants.. can anyone tell how much time it takes for the background/security checks.?
feeling disheartened :( :( :(

Where I can find background on notes ??
 
I have actually mistaken because it was so confusing reading notes. Nothing has been started on my file and I meant to say criminality not background.

sorry for late update as I was unable to log in the forum for two three days.

APPLICATION SUBMITTED 4TH MAY 2015
MEDICAL UPFRONT 7 MARCH 2015
RE MEDICAL REQUEST 3 APRIL 2016
REMEDICAL DONE 6 APRIL 2016
HOSPITAL SUBMITTED IT ON 9 April

TRV APPLIED ON 30TH MARCH 2016

PPR ON 11 MAY 2016
PASSPORT WITH VISA ON 17 MAY 2016.
Online status still in process.

interesting and surprising thing is that all asked me no fun to apply TRV as it was already 11 months
But I did n by chance after 3 days got remed.
on 6th may got call from chandigarh embassy regrading trv n they asked me to close it as my PR is about to be approved.
But I said I will not untill it is not confirmed becz m waiting for 12 months.
that sweet lady put me on hold for while n confirmed that my PR IS APPROVED N WILL GET PPR IN A WEEK.

N YES I DID GET IT ON 5TH DAY OF CALL.

For trv simple application.
Nothing as stated in forum becz my representative denied all.
In both files no chessy pictures , no chessy chats etc.
4 yrz of marriage .
though reading forum I insisted my representative for lot of things but they denied.
But yes forum helped Me to know the trend n predict same for me.

the slow process of ndvo was seen few mnths bck then there was speedy process.

Wish all speedy process

I wanted to ask if anyone got Finger print request for their PR application. I am a sponsor for my wife and she is currently in Canada on visitor status. She got medical request last week and she did medical last week. Today we got a fingerprint request from RCMP to submit to Delhi office.

Did anyone else get the fingerprint request?

I did RCMP clearance electronic fingerprinting in Canada and submitted with my application because I was living in Canada at that time.
 
Anybody here who applied OUTLAND (so expected NDVO to be his/her office) but because of being in Canada at the time on a permit (Study/Work) got OTTAWA assigned as the office?
