Well there has to be a criteria on which they picked up those files after July where some people got ppr's and other like him and me are still waiting. A simple computer generated criteria could be everyone with first marriages or everyone with 3 eyes or 9 fingers(Who knows). They must have just picked up files based on some sort of criteria unless they went completely random. So i thought since people in Mississauga enter basic information during sponsor approval, then anyone could filter files based on any of the columns and decide to finish those files first.

I highly doubt they read everyone's case and then decided "oh this one looks straight forward". Hence me asking the question about if it was first marriage for both and/or some other complications with the file.

well said ....,my husband stayed with me in canada 8 mnths after marriage .....so strong bond criteria is also removed ..i dont know what they looking for

You Applied for notes on April 22, means it got generated on 22 or 23. Could you please provide details as when you received your notes was there any Visa officer assigned to your file? Was the location of file "Registry"?

I am trying to understand whether your files was picked by the visa officer before you applied for notes OR your file went into actual process after the notes was generated and you received it.

I also applied for notes on Apr 22, got generated on same day and I received on May 9th. Nothing is started, no visa officer is assigned and file is still sitting in Registry.

Any July applicant applied for notes during end of April, please provide the status of your file.

Yes usually you get re-medical only after eligibility is passed.
His/her interview must have been of different kind (minor doubt and/or not related to relationship).

It is exactly going to be one year today for my application submission . Havent heard any thing yet from NDVO. I am goin to apply for notes this week. I will wait until i get them and if nothing has started yet i will apply for a trv . What do u think guys . Just a guess that theyre processing the simpler straightforward cases first . Good luck to all of us for this long waiting process and surely we'll see some light at the end of it

Yes i would think so mine cud b considered complicated as we got civilly married and engaged one month after we met . Luv marriage . After that we submitted our application and 7 months later we got married in dec 2015. My husband got adr frm cic and we anticipate frm ndvo that they will ask me adr for the marriage ceremony pics / honeymoon pics . But they havent even asked yet . Im sure a few files frm early last year like mine are still gathering dust on the visa officers table. Lol

Hello frnds i got my notes today which i applied more than 2 months ago , there s nothing started till those notes made and after that i got updates from ndvo about medical and dm ,, these notes are outdated ,, no interwiew ,medical passed, rprf paid ,new passport recieved ,
