Is this decision made a postive one??

I pray daily for everyone's fast processing as I know how tough it is staying away from the spouse

Hey Guys I am freaking out!
I am December 8th applicant people in November and in JAnuary getting DM on ECAS
I have still gotten no where to get my online tracking working!
Still not working!!!!
I called CIC they said it is not in our hands contact delhi visa office!
My lawyer says do not worry about it just let it be
I have an appointment with my MP on MAy10th is that wise?

Can anyone else allowed to submit passport at VFS?
Due to my job restrictions, i won't be able to go and submit my passport right away and also i won't get any holiday as i have given resigning notice of one month. Can my brother go and submit my passport to vfs?

My Wife in Canada citizen in Canada, my PPR NVDO takes very long time., can my wife go to india and come back as a short vacation.,?
is it a good idea ? and if yes., then how long can she stay in INDIA

As i am waiting for my PPR to come soon.,

I got DM on 2nd of May but haven't received any PPR request yet. How about you ?

Does anyone else has a clue on that, that its a DM on ECAS but no email or nothing after. any alternate way to find out except calling CIC in Canada as they don't have file no longer here ( That's what they say )

for my wife's application the status changed to DM around that time as well and still havenot received PPR, not sure when we would see it. As i said almost there but not yet, so frustrating

no one in actual knows if that slows the application so now that you guys have a chance to be together try for her to be here. There are so many applicants here who get rejected for TRV, so now that your wife has it make the most use of it and soon her PR will come

Its pretty weird as it usually arrives right after that line on ECAS, not sure if we can verify the status from the NVDO or not ! ?

Congrats Avigoee,,, seems like you were almost the same timeline as mine. I am Jan 26th 2015 applicant and had my remedicals on 22nd April 2016. Good news for you!!
When did you get your remeds?

Is it for new applications or applies to old too?

Hello everyone.. I am a silent reader of this forum. I applied on june 1st 2015. Medicals expired on 2nd may 2016. No remedical request yet. I did mp inquiry on friday found out that they haven't even started working on anything. Nothing on my application has started. Its very annoying the way they work. However we have no choice but to wait. I can't wait until i see my hubby. This immigration system needs to change. I am very happy for everyone getting ppr for the months of july, aug, sep. However its very unfair for june applicants. Does anyone have any idea once they start working on the application how long does it take to get ppr. I mean for me nothing has started its been 11 months which means my file is just there sitting on the desk. Noone has even touched it.

I m in same situation as urs 3rd June applicant they gave even touched 28th May but no luck for June ppl.it's so frustrating more ever wen only thing u r doing is waiting for visa. I hope god listens to our prayers soon.gud luck

I got remedical request on March 08 and did on march 10. Medical team sent it on 12th march/2016.

Yeah i think shes right. They shouldn't be considering interview as you mentioned that you know your husband since 2009. Thats 6 years in total. I think thats proof enough. Did you send them the communication of those 6 complete years? Was it first Marriage for both of you? Me and my wife were in the relationship for 11 years before we got married.

I provide them 4 years proofs , and both we have first marriage .
