Thanks vikram18 for reply
So let me ask here..
1)While applying for visitor, can I mention like she is my fiancée and it's been 1year we didn't meet each other.
2) as i mention earlier we will have her passport with my name just after marraige and then i will apply for outland, so does it cause any prob? As she wouldn't have any travel history and we are applying for outland just after passport issued.
1. In my opinion you should mention that she is your fiancée. If you don't mention it, CIC might have a question in her PR application, as in the PR you'll mention that you guys were together since long but they can see that in the tourist application you didn't mention that. Although if you mention it, it reduces her chance of getting the tourist visa. It's a double-edged sword. Make sure you do not hide any obvious information because sooner or later they will find it out.
Don't mention that you guys have not met since 1 year as the reason for her trip. She has to visit as a typical tourist for 3-4 weeks with the plan to visit different places in Canada with you. Like I mentioned in my earlier post, discuss your situation, documents your wife will submit, purpose of travel, etc. on the Visitor visa section of this forum. Remember the first time your wife applies for tourist visa, has the maximum chance of approval. Take your time and prepare the application well.

2. Having a new passport and no travel history will not have any impact on the PR application. You can apply as soon as your documents are ready after your marriage. Although, having no travel history sometimes may have a negative impact on the tourist application.
If your wife is applying for tourist visa now, she'll anyways need a passport. If she is not applying for tourist visa, I'll still suggest she gets her passport now. I am not sure how much time it takes to get the first passport these days. Earlier it used to take a few months to get the address verification done when you apply for the first time. If it still takes a few months then she can apply for passport now since you have some time before your marriage. After your marriage, she can change her passport to take your surname and add your name. Changing the passport after marriage will take less than a week since the address will remain the same and changing surname and adding husband's name is a very common practice. You'd not want to delay in applying for PR just because of the passport.

HELLO EVERYONE FROM NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE...

I married my wife when she was 17 years old and it was with full parental consent and arranged marriage. She is now 18 years old and according to Cic I am able to sponsor her. The question is,, is this marriage valid and legal? The current law(my country law) states girl need to be 18 to marry. but since it was arranged and with parental consent what do you guys have to say about it? thanks

In my opinion, since the law in your country states that the girl should be 18 to get married and your wife was only 17, your marriage is not legal. Doesn’t matter if it was with parent’s consent, the law doesn’t allow it.
