2.We started processing null ............ application on November 6, 2015.

If both side was divorced do they for sure have an interview?

Not all time,but it's depend upon the case history.U hv to mention clarification about divorce.U hv to submit complete petition file of divorce.
If u don't hv submitted same, may be ADR for petition file.
I m not heart u but 99% may be interview.
Pl.share yr time line fr SS 2015.

1. How can I send the police certificate to CIC ? so my sponsorship application gets updated...

2. Upfront Medical has expired too, Shall I wait to get a response from Delhi High commission or just do another full medical exam...

Don't send anything to NDVO until they ask for it

I have been in Canada on visitors but haven't informed NDVO neither updated the change online as this is just a temporary address for me..all my documents have address of India so doesn't make sense changing it to Canada's as I don't have any address proof for this change until I get PR...so didn't complicate it as I am just visiting so no need to inform or update the change

Looking at this it probably seems that they should be requesting your passport soon now. It suggests that they are ready with counterfoil for visa. Good luck!

No, case specific inquiry will not help in this case. Just have patience, PPR will come soon.
