I think 12 th april 2016 is proper date coz i dont think so that they hang the remeds fr so long with them to upload on visa site....bt still reconfirm with ur panel physician regarding the confirm date they uploaded ur remeds....the date they uploaded in the system frm that date it is approximately counted.....best wishess

I received notes yesterday within 15 days,which is so confusing . I do remember reading your post regarding which pages to look for in GCMS notes.Could you please advise.
