NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

do i have to upload any kind of form in case specific enquiry if i just want to update my new email id on my file
 
Hello,

Does anyone know when they ask to submit passport to the visa office do they give you any option for locations? As my husband is living in Malaysia on work permit and did his 2nd medical there too. Or does it have to be Delhi visa office only?

hi Manpreet I m from maple ridge near to Surry , I went to maple ridge MP , but he didn't reply me yet . He said just wait for a week .

how did you come to know about the decision made? did you get email or just checked E-cas?

One question: Is it must to stay spouse in Canada until She get PR if application file under In-Land process ? What if she need to go for family reason for couple of weeks out of canada ?

Please advise

She can go and come back as many times as she likes. All you need is some kind of visa to re-enter. If its visitor then make sure its "multiple entry".

Hello guys today passport status is changed
Passport has been couriered from canada visa application centre delhi on 25 april
M from amritsar nd i m going to book my ticket on 30 april
Wn i can expect my passport back?

She can go out of Canada and come back if she has a valid visa. But there is always a risk that she can be denied entry at the border while re-entering. And if that happens, the in-land application will be refused. So generally it is advised not to leave Canada for in-land applicants unless really urgent.
