Actually I m Jst concern abt sister visa...
Her timeline is:
Application received 10th July 2015...
Start processing on 18th september...
No medical updates yet ..
Ecas is " in process"
Her medical getting expired on 10th June 2016...
Is she gonna get re medical

One of my friend, her timeline is, app filed: 23 July 2015, File transferred to ndvo: 22 Sep, 2015
She applied for notes earlier this month, & got today
Nothing has started as of yet, only med passed (done upfront)
& on the last pagenotes by vo - just say,-
"sponsor eligibility passed & allocated SPR has submitted the following docs as proof:Marriage certificate SPR married to PA on___. Case forwarded to visa office for processing."
Any comments about this? I mean its been 8 months

this is sponsoring person eligibility. u need to check for principle applicant eligibility.. both are different.. principle applicant eligibility part will tell u whether interview waived or not.

Hi made an attempt to make a MP enquiry at Darshan Kang's office(Calgary, NE). They simply said, they wont even attempt to contact Immigrations since 17 months have not lapsed since you applied. I am a June 3rd applicant.

Looking at the spreadsheets, apparently CIC dont follow FIFO....

Well, you should have applied for notes first. It is not a good idea to go directly to MP. You have other means to get status on ur application (i.e. GCMS notes).

Please order notes and you will know if anything has started in ur application, or it is still sitting on the Visa officer's desk un-opened.

I have applied for GCMS notes, three times since last October, recent one being last month which I received this month with no activity from NDVO. The notes are generated the very next day of the request, so when we receive the information its actually out dated meaning its 30 days old and keeping that in mind I thought I would approach the MP. If anyone from Calgary have had a successful attempt at making an MP inquiry being with in the stipulated time span, please share about how you went about it.

It's not a complete case of misrepresentation. If it was, u would have already be denied! Luckily u r given a chance to explain in an interview. Just be honest in the interview, everything will be fine.

yes its not written mispresentation any where in the notes .but they have given me intregty label.

I posted couple days back I am December 8th Applicant and my case was sent to Delhi in February
My online tracking is still not working.
I was told by a helpful member in forum to call CIC as that is not normal.
They told me that they do not handle issues like these for cases being processed outside of Canada
What shall I do now?
We are very worried

It is unusal. Try doing a case specific inquiry and try login with your file number or the principal applicant file number and see if that work.

What does it say when u enter ecas info?

Click on this link and tell them that your ECAS does not work. They will fix it for you.
