NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hi 007B,

They have not mentioned anything in the notes as to why they want to interview. All it says is recommended interview. I am just making my own guesses as to why they would have requested one.
And I just want to know how long it took people to receive their interview letters after seeing it on their GCMS notes?

In the application letter stating development of relationship i have mentioned about traditional marriage gonna be held in dec 2015 followerd by planned honeymoon. I have sent them the advance reciepts of bookings , hotel stay fr honeymoon , engagement and other pics from where we met first . I havent heard frm ndvo about sending addtional pics frm wedding or honeymoon . I thought i'd just wait until i heard frm them . I have read here that i could backfire if u send them docs Without their consent .
Any way i know im poised for a very long wait . I hope to hear frm them soon . May end i shall apply fr notes . Is it true that while ure in application for PR , 99 out of 100 tourist visa is gonna b rejected.

Not sure why you think you are poised for a very long wait.
As I understand, what matters the most is that the marriage is genuine.
I too met my wife and got married to her in a very short time (about a month time). But, I have been chatting with her on Whatsapp for about 4 months before I met her, and meanwhile my family went to see her first before me to ensure she is the right match for me. After my family visited, then I met her the first time, and on the same day our families arranged marriage and with in about a month we got married.

I mentioned our marriage as a "arranged marriage" even though we had been chatting for about 5 months on Whatsapp, because I never actually met her in person or dated her until the day I came to India in November 2015 to see her first time, and on the same day our families agreed to arrange our marriage.
 
So, I am hoping that my case will get through without any red flags. We also had two marriage receptions after the marriage, one at her town, and the other one at my town to make it convenient for our local friends/relatives easy to attend, as our towns were separated by about 10 hour journey.

Again, it's all about "genuine" marriage. If one has married genuinely, there is no need to be afraid of anything.

ppr came arnd 9 am ist.. we just received it from our lawyer.. :) :)

july applicant.. mine is simple straight forward case.. arranged marriage.. 4 yrs age gap.. we had formal engagement and traditional wedding.. sent around 40 pics totally :) my location is chennai.. my timeline on the left.. :)

iam on trv in Canada. i am on this forum say more than 8 months and helping with whatever i know abt family class and visitor visa.. and i ll be on this forum to help people.. only wen u be on some one's shoes, u FEEL what it is to be like..

I guess june applicants shld also start getting worried so that we also can wittness this happiest moment :P jus kidding ;D :P

that doesn't depend on the notes.. as i said before, currently aug-sep 2014 appl getting updates. u forecast and calculate ur month time. hope u got my point...

I have applied on 20 June 2015 and I m in Canada Since dec on TRV . My stay in Canada is about to over Thn we decided to apply for extension online . At the time of submission have not submitted my medical report bcoz that is expire now as obvious After submission the application (like after 4 day) I got msg to submit my medical report . I get appointment with doc for 5th of May but yesterday again I got msg that my extension is approved . Wat does that mean?? In the first hand they want me to submit my medical report but at the 2nd hand they approved my extension... So the question is this medical report is for PR process like many all u guys got request for medical ???

You wont believe,

I have colleague in my office and he applied in September 2015 and he got PPR from NDVO. Sep 24 applicant, ACR in November.

did u get any visitor record?? as in ur approval date?
