Obviosuly they have opened our files.
Logically there are 2-3 scenarios:

1) they haven't sent us Re-medical because we r recommended for interview.
2) our files are stuck in background/security checks
3) our Re-medical letters r lost (they don't have my wife's email ID on file).

You are wrong
1) my interview is waived
2) criminality/background everything passed
3) they have email on file
But still waiting for remedical from 2 months

Hey Preeti, even I haven't received my notes. I applied on March 7. I emailed them my tracking number asking where r my notes. Let's see what they reply.

Also, looks like our files are stuck... And they have moved on.

As within 30 days of time or may be max in 35 days we get the GCMS notes.......incase if the timeline has crossed you can e-mail to the below id

Just cz of these few ppl, the genuine ppl suffers too... But in a way that "2-year period" law is good! They should never stop this.
I've seen many cases, esp in arranged marriages.. guys only want "CANADA" that's it
It's really sad! Sick!!

Yes I have emailed ATIP with my tracking number (no response since yesterday Morning 11:30 AM)

Actually I am not the only one. There is a person who ordered notes on March 1 and both of us don't have it.

I am considering the following scenario. Please let me know if this is possible or if there is anything to watch out for:

- My application is still in process
- My wife came on a visit visa to Canada last year. It is a multiple entry visit visa. I plan to have her here with me while we're waiting for for the passport request.
- Her medicals were done March 2, 2015. Have not heard about a remed request from NDVO as yet.
- Havent had an interview request either.

My questions:
- How likely is the interview request at this stage?
- If she is here in Canada, and gets a remed request - can she get her medicals done in Canada and send the remeds to NDVO?
- With her passport request for stamping, will i be able to send to India to my parents so they can forward to the NDVO?

hi Vizzy,

Whats your timeline?

Yes you can do the reassessment of medicals request here when she receieves it.

Also as and when she receives here ppr, her passport can be sent to Ottawa itself

The only reason she might have to get back is in case she receieves a interview but hopefully thats not the case

To be sure you can first apply for GCMS notes if your application is close to 11 months and once you receive it look at the eligibility section and if it says interview waived you she is good to come here for good
