Hey Preeti, even I haven't received my notes. I applied on March 7. I emailed them my tracking number asking where r my notes. Let's see what they reply.

Also, looks like our files are stuck... And they have moved on.

Did mp enquiry again yesterday and that's what she said
I have followed up with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on your behalf regarding the status of your wife’s application. They have not yet made a decision as to whether or not new medicals will be needed. They said that it will be communicated with you through an email if new medicals will be needed. Processing times for Spousal Sponsorships are currently at a 17 month process time so it is still within the processing time. We can check back on the file at the beginning of June.

Obviosuly they have opened our files.
Logically there are 2-3 scenarios:

1) they haven't sent us Re-medical because we r recommended for interview.
2) our files are stuck in background/security checks
3) our Re-medical letters r lost (they don't have my wife's email ID on file).
