Application is in dead progress stage. Officers are may be stuck on some difficult applications.
Or enjoying their vacation in india or just being lazy. God knows!

I think name of the doctor is dr kansal

its advisable to go to the same panel physician where you got the first medical done.
you can google the imm5419 form and take a printout of it or generally they will have the form
passport
photos
printout of this email

follow the above link and search for mohali

Hi,
Can you please share your timeline when did you filed your application SA date and file came to NDVO also was there any to fro like missing document in between that NDVO has contacted you during the waiting period.

I haven't received any communication in between waiting period apart from mail regarding landing fees receipt n i had mailed same to them(immigration deptt.).
u can check my timeline in spreadsheet.. name as Dhillon.
