Question for you guys.

I've now received SA and my file is being forwarded to NDVO. I'm expecting AOR2 within the next two weeks.
My understanding is that AOR2 typically will include additional document request, if applicable.

My spouse's PCC have expired by now (assuming 6 month validity) and to obtain a new PCC, he needs some official form of request from CIC. We can also submitted a letter of request with our SA attached proving that this is the reason we are asking for a brand new PCC.

Do you guys know if the AOR2 will indicate a request for PCC? My spouse is from J&K and the PCC application process is long and complex. Do you think I should wait for the AOR2 to submit his PCC application?

Usually PCCs are valid for 1 year. So don't worry about it. When was the first PCC taken?

Hi Guys.. I agree that this forum is very useful, but I find it very difficult to browse the posts and find the replies. Wouldn't a Facebook Group help us in a better way to get answers from experienced people? I have created one group. Kindly join it and help each other.

Thank you, it is a nice idea to have facebook group, but i am sure people like the privacy they get on this forum.

Actually every one gets the same AOR2 which states to submit a PCC if not already submitted. You could take that letter and order a new one and submit it via courier just to cover ur bases.

Good question! According to your notes you are good to go! You should take your notes to your MP, crazy what are they waiting for? That's what they did with many 2014 applicants! Everything was passed but they had the files sitting. You should feel good though cause your file is pretty much complete!!!!!

Sometimes I think abt 2014 applicants...... Wat have they done so wrong dat they havnt got their interview dates yet ? .........forget abt DM/PPR ?

I always think the same as well. They were screwed over royally. Lets hope NDVO gives them all their PPR and DMs

I received my passport yday.(previous passport got expired) .
So now I have to update ndvo about the same .
I am sending (email) scanned copies of both old n new passport and my UCI no. and name.??
It is sufficient? If not what else do I need to send.??
Please help. Urgent
