For School, you can write Board Name (like CBSE or other state board) under Name of Institute. and write 10th or 10+2 sec education under type of certificate.
in my case i wrote 10+2 sec education and there is no need to write From date for 10+2 or 10th as in India we have nursery, LKG, UKG etc.

No matter how many years you studied till ur 10+2 , your education years will be considered as 12 years only

For IMM5669E, education, my wife cannot find her certificate for grade 1-7 and the school won't issue her new one. However she does have a certificate from the school for grade 8 and 9 she attended. Is submitting a certificate for grade 1-7 a must? Thanks.

hi.. i just received my notes. interview is waived. n criminality and background check not started.
for medicals under "Assessments" in the starting of the notes, it says Medical: Passed - Expired
and later in the end part of the notes under "incoming" it says scanned copy of remeds received on 17/02/2016
but everywhere for medicals in the notes it says passed-expired.. so im not sure if they have not received or not updated my file with remeds..
i had done remeds on 18-dec-2015..

what can i do to enquire.. i have tried sending emails, and also did case specific inquiry..but theres no response..
the clinic says that they have uploaded my results.. someone please help....
