Hi All,

I am Novemeber 2015 Applicant ( Applied for Wife's sponsorship). I got the AOR, SA from CIC late January 2016 and Wife received an email from Delhi Immigration stating that they have received the file.

I am not sure what to expect now apart from waiting. Also for all the experienced members, when is a good time to apply for GCMS notes. Looking at this thread, it seems NDVO takes longer than usual sometimes and as a result I want to know the status of application until its too late.

Please advise.

According to the current trend it looks like to get any information from GCMS notes one have to wait for 11-12 months from the application received date. So, I would suggest you to wait for few more months and go for notes in September/November.

Could you please share your timeline to add to the spreadsheet. It helps us all to track the processing status.

Time will fly away faster than we think Until our day comes all we should do is stay positive and keep ourself busy.!!

any update from may applicant.
i read on this forum that April applicant getting update either with re medical or passport request, BUT, my known ones get no update who apply in April. the applicant who get update in their status , they are march applicant.
the April applicants who get updates, are they from Punjab state?

Takes 1 month after Re-medical. U should hear something by 10th April.

And she was given visa for 2 months only ??

She came for the second time a month ago, I guess thats why they gave her the notice as they dont want people to stay here like residents
