Yes check the spreadsheet, still some April beginning applicants havent gotten Re-medical. For example Tihompra01 who is a April 6 applicant hasn't received anything either.

So relax and order ur notes (if u haven't).

hey..i am on TRV in canada which will be expiring soon.. did u apply TRV for second time from inside Canada or did you have to apply from outside?

I applied outside of canada.. It added value as it was a proof in itself that I did not over stay. You can get visitor visa extension by giving very strong reason an tell that you are not intending to stay longer an you will go back soon

Its not a big wait dear... U have to wait for few other days...next week....may b u get it....dont b panic so soon guys....dnt get over excited guys...m suggesting to all people here. If u see spreadsheet den people before u still didnt get DM....so relax...dnt rush to MP enquiry without any alarming reason or situation..thanks

i know its not long wait... but you know the last bit of wait is soo frustating :'( :'(

Hello all... I did MP inquiry yesterday and he sent me this information.

Hello Keyur and Priti
CIC advised:
- In Process will remain as the status until the application is finalized. It is not updated over the course of processing
- spousal PR submitted March 2015
- forwarded to New Delhi May 2015
- 17 months processing from that point
- should be completed by October 2016
- new medicals are on file
- background checks are underway
- client is currently in Canada on a visitor visa
- should she be in Canada when Delhi requests her passport at the completion of PR application processing - she advises them she is in Canada and the information will be forwarded to CIC Ottawa
- this office acts as a visa office and the request for her passport will come from them, with direction to do an in-Canada landing
- she must make sure to keep her visitor status current, by applying for an extension prior to her current visa expiring

any suggestions form anybody that can help me?

hey.. u just need to find who is your local MP. and there is email address to contact him or her. jus email your detail and ask help you for this spouse PR. they will contact CIC and find what is going on with your case. you have give Name, UCI,DOB and application file number.
they will let you know in two days.

Congrats! Everything is good on ur file. They just need to complete ur background and security checks... Which sometimes can take a while. Also if ur wife spends 6 months in Canada, then they will ask for her RCMP police clearance too (might add slight delay)
