Guys u met at vfs centre were under spousal sponsorship????? If yes thn did u ask which date and month they submitted their file??? Kindly let us knw.....
If they were thru spousal sponsorship thn many applicants those who r not there on forum also got updates n ppr ;D

Yes...i m talking about guys under spousal sponsrship...they r already in forum..under name noorkamal....and i dndnt get time to talk anyone.....its a very secure room...no one talking no one. ....and all disappeared when i get free......

Hi, Yes I would say a medical request is a good sign since they must have checked other things. For my wife's TRV I sent a copy of the medical exam proof while applying. It is althought a little strange to specifically ask for a Medical exam for a young person.

I am a September 2015 sponsor. Upfront medicals expire in July 2016.

My wife applied for a TRV and she got a medical request ( IMM1017) .

Why would they ask for a medical when they have a currently valid medical on file ?

Is the medical request a good sign for the TRV ?

Any updates will be appreciated.

i got re-medical on19th feb done it on 20th feb but now i afraid that people who got re-medical after me got dm and ppr.
I decided to do mp enquiry after a week.pls suggest me can i do so.i am april 9th applicant.

Its not a big wait dear... U have to wait for few other days...next week....may b u get it....dont b panic so soon guys....dnt get over excited guys...m suggesting to all people here. If u see spreadsheet den people before u still didnt get DM....so relax...dnt rush to MP enquiry without any alarming reason or situation..thanks

1. Got re-meds on March 15th 2016. The remeds is for chest x-Ray

- My ADR request came on Jan 14th, we submitted documents to CIC on 28th Jan. On MP inquiry they found out the documents received was updated on Feb 15th 2016. But since we had a doubt if they had received the document we again sent the complete document via mail and hard copy to CIC again. This reached to them on Feb 19th 2016.

My observation (may be useful for forum members): I have noticed all the ADR cases so far has got response only after the deadline to submit ADR is over. This means CIC will take up the file for further evaluation only after the last day of dead line is over (90% cases as we have limited data). In my case the dead line was March 1st. I guess its taken for evaluation after that and I got remedical on March 15th.


2. I also got TRV for the second time . First time i applied in May 2015 - i got single entry 6 months visa. Second time I got multiple entry visa valid for a year.

hey..i am on TRV in canada which will be expiring soon.. did u apply TRV for second time from inside Canada or did you have to apply from outside?

i did not get any interview regarding email or remedical email. i am wondering if they misplaced it .

i guess from Feb 2015 applicants i am the only one who did not get Remed request yet.

i should not be happy but at-least somebody from Feb is with me. i have no idea why we are left in loop while they started processing April applications already. i stopped coming to Forum due to that. it gives me stress that why i am facing this.

i am also feb applicant n got remeds in dec..still no update.. i know its very difficult to wait so long..
i have applied for notes..so waiting to see why its taking so long....

Yes check the spreadsheet, still some April beginning applicants havent gotten Re-medical. For example Tihompra01 who is a April 6 applicant hasn't received anything either.

So relax and order ur notes (if u haven't).

Posting this for the benefit of all. Most of us are going through the pain of our PR wait and TRV rejection. It’s not impossible to get TRV. We need to go with correct documentation. My husband and myself have done lot of homework for getting TRV. I also had two times TRV rejection and then got TRV approved twice during my PR application process. I would like to share my experience, hope it helps in building good documentation and getting TRV approved for spouse.
If PR is a major project. TRV is like a min project, it takes at least 1month for preparing right set of documents.
